Hey yall! Just needing some advice. It’s been an extremely tough year for me. I left my remote job doing provider relations for a third party insurance company in April 2023 after working there for close to 2 years. Before quitting, I found a high up retail job as it was more of a creative role that I went to school for. I worked that job from April 2023 to November 2023 because I crashed and burned; I couldn’t grasp the job and the environment was stressful. I wasn’t fired, but quit because I knew it would happen. I was unemployed for 6 months when I finally found a serving job in April of this year. I was recently fired for poor performance, but I wasn’t given any examples of my poor performance and received praise from colleagues. Nevertheless, I’m looking for a new job and am wondering if I should include my most recent job on my resume despite being fired. If I don’t include it, I’ll have a year long gap on my resume.
