Tell me, how many of you connect or reach out to hiring managers and successfully landed that job? Just wondering. I am torn between reaching out to them or not. As you know, it requires time and most of the time, your emails are unheard. I did it multiple times but most of them are not successful. I just want to know what is the best way to land a job at this market because gosh I’ve been looking for a job for 4 months now.
