Should I get a job as an elementary school para or a barista?

Right now I have 2 bartending gigs and I work at an afterschool program, and now that summer’s ending I’m trying to figure out what to do next because hours won’t work together.

I had been planning on getting a barista job because I liked being a barista a lot and only quit my old job due to a bad work environment. And I mean it’s kind of a pipe dream of mine to own my own coffee shop, but I guess a barista gig wouldn’t necessarily help me with that and it’s probably not a good reason to get a job. But maybe I’d be happy making coffee most mornings, idk.

Otherwise, I could most likely pretty easily move into a para job within the school system I’m already working at. I don’t actually know if I want to be a teacher or anything, but maybe it’s a good idea to do it for a year and see if I like it? Or maybe I still wouldn’t be happy and I’d feel burnt out.

Basically I have no idea what I want from my future or what to do right now. I’m not in college because I don’t want to spend all that money on a degree and then not use it. So, what should I do?
